Privacy Policy

Ship (“we”, “us”) is a pre-launch product. This page is a single-page waitlist that collects information to evaluate fit for early access. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you submit the waitlist form, we collect the information you provide:

• Email address (required)
• Name (optional)
• YouTube channel URL or handle (optional)
• Subscriber range (optional)
• Niche (optional)
• How you heard about Ship (optional)

We also automatically log the submission timestamp. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies on this page beyond what Next.js renders by default.

We use this information to (1) evaluate waitlist fit and prioritize early access invitations, (2) send you product updates and launch announcements, and (3) understand demand signals across creator segments and niches. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Waitlist submissions are transmitted to Airtable, which acts as our storage processor. Airtable’s security and data-handling practices are described at airtable.com/privacy. We retain your waitlist record for as long as it’s relevant to launch access or, at most, 24 months from your last interaction, whichever comes first.

You can at any time request that we:

• Tell you what we have on file for you (access)
• Update or correct any of it
• Delete your record (right to erasure)
• Export your record in a portable format
• Stop sending you product emails (opt-out)

To make any of these requests, email hello@ship.so. We respond within 30 days.

Every product email Ship sends will include a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also request to be removed by emailing hello@ship.so.

Ship is not intended for users under 18. Do not submit the waitlist if you are under 18.

If this policy changes materially, we’ll post the updated version here and update the “Last updated” date. If you’re on the waitlist, we’ll notify you by email.
