Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Ship waitlist at ship.so and any pre-launch communications you receive from us. By submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these terms.

Ship is a pre-launch product. The waitlist is not a commitment — signing up does not guarantee access to the product, a specific feature set, a specific launch date, or any economic outcome. We may invite you, we may not; we may delay; we may change scope.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. If you’re signing up on behalf of an organization, you represent that you’re authorized to do so.

Don’t submit false information, don’t submit information on behalf of someone else without their permission, don’t use the waitlist to test vulnerabilities without prior written agreement, and don’t abuse the signup form (automated or otherwise).

By joining the waitlist you opt in to occasional product-update emails from Ship. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by writing to hello@ship.so.

The waitlist, the site, and any pre-launch information are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the product that eventually ships will meet your expectations or that any projected feature, timing, or outcome described on the site will occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ship and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the waitlist or the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the waitlist will not exceed $100.

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

We may remove you from the waitlist or deny access to the eventual product at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ship operates. Specific jurisdiction and venue will be specified here prior to public launch.
